RETURN POLICY
RETURN CONDITIONS
PAR has a 14-day return policy: any unwanted item(s) must be shipped to us within 14 days of receipt by using the return label we provide you. We invite you to carefully read our return procedure as failure to comply could result in your order being returned to you without refund.
Items must be returned in perfect condition, exactly as they were sent. All shoes must be tried on a padded surface until you decide to keep them as products with any signs of wear will not be accepted.
PAR reserves the right to refuse any return on items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
NOTE: All Archive items or Sample Sale are Final Sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit, no exceptions. All merchandise is sold as is. Some items may show sign of light wear and/or come without original box.
RETURN RATES
- Return costs for Spain are free.
- Return costs for the European Union are 15€.
- Return costs for outside the European Union are 35€.
RETURN PROCEDURE
1. Declare your return request
You should ask our customer service info@theparcollection.com for the return authorization. Once it is approved you will receive an email with the UPS return label.
NOTE: if you are returning a defective item, please send an email with photos. Please keep in mind that our goods are handmade, small imperfections or variation in shape, size and color should not be seen as faulty. Color differences, grain changes, wrinkles or marks are not uncommon. Depending on the type of leather these characteristics can appear in an unpredictable and irregular way, this is part of the beauty of the leather and it will not be accepted as faulty.
2. Return your item(s)
- Pack the item(s) using the original packaging provided. Labels, cards and dust bag included.
- Use the return label provided by email and place it on the outside of the box. Make sure that your shipping box does not contain previous shipping or tracking labels on it.
NOTE: if your country is outside of the European Union: insert 3 copies of the return proforma provided in your original package into a plastic sleeve and stick it on the outside of the parcel. It is necessary to indicate on each invoice the returned quantity, the total price, cross the items you are not returning and sign them.
3. Drop off your parcel / pick up
You can choose an UPS place or UPS Access Point to drop off your parcel, or plan the collection date and time on UPS.com. (Through the section: Shipping – Schedule a pickup).
REFUND POLICY
Refund will be processed as soon as your order has been received and accepted in our facilities.
